Well, I would say yes. Having the ruler of the 6th smack dab in the middle of all those planets compounds its energy and thereby the nature of the 6th house
Interestingly their Draconic chart has Sun/Mo/Sat /Jup and Pluto all in Gemini. And in the natal the stellium is in a Gemini-affiliated 3rd house with Mercury(affiliated to 3rd house and Gemini) also there.
Add to this and as said earlier, the meticulousness you speak of is because of Mercury & other planets there.
Saturn/Pluto in 3rd create an almost obsessive tendency to be very deliberate ,meticulous and careful in what one says.
Do they pay attention to grammar, enunciation of words, spelling, punctuation? etc. Sometimes perhaps even pause mid sentence to find the most "appropriate" word to convey the meaning?
The stellium herein is similar in effect to all of them being in close conjunction. As they are "forced" to work hand in hand due to being in the same house. And Mercury on the 3rd/ Ic gives a strongly analytical inner nature because of early life "grooming".
Pluto in 3rd is acutely aware of the power of words, tone and body language. Whilst Saturn in 3rd is detail oriented naturally and has "editor" type tendencies. Their communication style tends towards wanting to be taken seriously so as such, they have a love of using old style proper diction English words/phrases .
Jupiter & Mercury together in a house increase an interest in words, sending messages & a fascination with media and communication(regardless of the house).
There is a tendency of being verbose and writing essays to answer a small question because they want to cover ALL angles. Brevity is something they are constantly working on.Sometimes they get it right and other times...wrong.
I have this combo in the 9th and I can go through a a document 9 times to check if what I said "flows" i.e does one sentence or idea seamlessly merge into another? (I checked this post 3 tmes before posting it and then twice afterwards lol). I also have a tendency to say too much
Moon in 3rd finds words comforting or the relaying of messages soothes them. So they like reading or typing etc. things related to formulating, checking and sending a message (3rd) to convey their feelings(Moon). They can get lost in messaging.
Sun in 3rd is the big HONCHO when it comes to communication. And so they want to be seen as the AUTHORITY.
Add to that the presence of Pluto/Saturn in 3rd, being challenged and/or contradicted doesn't sit well with them: They take that to heart(Leo/Sun)
Wherever we have Leo cusp or the ruler Sun in the chart is where we want to be KING. It's not about "confidence" per se but it is an inherent and intrinsic belief of our "god-given right to rule" the affairs of that house.
As such, arrogance and conceit tend to seep in as that is where we are likely to be more autocratic and refuse counsel/challenge from even those who claim they are wanting to "help" us as we want to always be on top.
This is especially when Sun is in aspect to Mars/Pluto or Sun is in a house ruled by Mars/Pluto. Or when the Sun shares a house with Pluto and Saturn(as in this instance).
